Sarah A. Mitchell, FNP-BC is the newest addition to Dr. Kofo Ekadi's Internal Medicine Practice (Delta Medical) in Burleson, TX, providing patient-centered personalized care, as well as education and teaching of acute and chronic disorders to improve outcomes.
Sarah A. Mitchell, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She enjoyed six fulfilling years at the bedside in various specialties including emergency room, trauma, and asthma and allergy. She then obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Colorado State University-Pueblo in 2017 and holds a national certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a family nurse practitioner.
She joined Delta Medical PA clinic in June 2020 after moving from the bitter cold of Colorado to the beautiful warmth of Texas. She is looking forward to owning a boat and enjoying the outdoors with her husband, 2 boys, and 2 dogs. She believes patients have the right to choose the best healthcare for themselves and loves to help patients achieve their goals.
